Welcome to Hull

Lime Property is proud to be a Bondholder as Hull makes huge strides forward in terms of its regeneration.

Bondholders are committed to Hull and assist in its growth as a destination for work, business and pleasure. At Lime Property we are proud to be doing our bit to raise the standard of accommodation within the city.

2007 saw the opening of St Stephen's, a £200m retail-led scheme which added big name stores such as Zara, La Senza, H&M and Jane Norman to the city's retail offer as well as an Express by Holiday Inn, two new cinemas, including Europe's first multiplex digital cinema, the Albermarle Music Centre and the beautifully restored Paragon Interchange which delivers some 24,000 people to St Stephens' door each day.

Paragon Interchange

Paragon Interchange

The new interchange coordinates bus, coach and rail travel with access to taxis, handling over 280 bus movements per hour and delivering some 24,000 people to St Stephens' door each day. The facility now boasts a joint bus, coach and rail travel centre serviced by a new entrance.

Work is soon to be completed to provide a new passenger waiting room, passenger information screens with improved public address system and modern new public toilets. In addition there will be six new shops, together with a station-wide CCTV system for improved safety and security. There are regular direct services to London Kings Cross enabling you to be in the capital in just two and a half hours!

Leisure and culture

Hull offers a great variety of attractions. For those who enjoy history and culture, the city boasts an old town, and an excellent array of art galleries and free museums, as well as historic buildings and sites. The city is well-served for sports with a number of sports centres and sports venues. As well as parks and other places where people can enjoy indoor and outdoor activities. Plus a wealth of events and local attractions. Hull Arena and the KC stadium host the city's big-name concerts. Hull has a number of theatres and cinemas, enjoys some of the best pubs and restaurants in the area, and has a vibrant nightlife. And the city's far-reaching regeneration project will further increase the opportunities for eating, drinking and shopping.
