Our proven sales process – explained in six simple steps

Arrange a home visit, discuss other similar properties which have sold recently and learn about the current sales market.

Whilst we get to know your home better, this is your opportunity to get to know us and ask any questions about our property sales process and costs.

If you want to speak with other agents, feel free. Take your time. We won’t hassle or rush you. But we will be here to answer any questions and help you make an informed decision.

Once you are ready to proceed, we can place your property on the market immediately. Simply agree and sign a sales contract. All fees are paid upon completion.

It’s time to de-clutter, clean and tidy. Once you think your home is looking its best, we’ll send a photographer to capture professional photos and videos (optional).

All that’s left to do is draw up a detailed floorplan, create a property brochure and you’re ready to hit the market.

What happens once an offer is accepted?

Once you accept an offer, we will formally identify the buyer and ensure the sales process complies with anti-money laundering legislation.

Legal instructions will be issued to both sets of solicitors. To avoid delay and make sure things go smoothly, it’s important that both solicitors are provided with all the information they need to progress the sale.

If you need a solicitor, we can recommend a friendly and efficient practice who understand how we work to guide you through to completion.

When we are confident your sale is progressing well, we’ll switch the property’s status from ‘For Sale’ to ‘Sold’ on your online listing and exterior marketing board.
